About Substitutions:
We want everyone to enjoy their perfect treat box! While each Easter box is thoughtfully packed, we understand everyone has their favourites. Each box includes 2x hot drinks, either Luxury Instant Hot Chocolate, Taylors of Harrogate Coffee Bags, or enveloped Tea Bag options, all available on request.
Popcorn and biscuits may vary based on availability and flavour combinations, including Joe & Seph’s Milk Chocolate Popcorn Stars or Mini Eggs. Border Biscuits include Chocolate Cookies, golden oats, Viennese Whirls Butterscotch Crunch, and Shortbread Rings.

🎲 Boxes will be sent at random unless a specific request is made.
If you have a preference (e.g. coffee instead of hot chocolate or a certain biscuit), please leave a note at checkout, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
Please note that we will substitute a similar item if an item is unavailable.

Packaging Information:
All items are delivered wrapped with tissue paper in a recyclable box and sealed with a grosgrain ribbon. All orders are bubble-wrapped in a waterproof delivery bag to protect them from damage. Multiple/large orders are bubble-wrapped and delivered in boxes.
A message card with a coordinating envelope is included in your order at no additional charge! If you would like to have a message on your note card, please provide it in the personalisation box provided, and it will be handwritten onto the card of your choice. For blank cards, please put 'BLANK' in the box; no message will be included. If the order will be delivered to you to give as a gift to someone and you would like the option to sign the card, please let us know, and we can leave the card open.
 
PRE-ORDER:
Place your order and add a message in the 'add a note' section at the checkout stage. Kindly provide the date you would like your order delivered, and we will offer either on the day or a closer date.
